EYFS & Junior Burns Night Poetry Reading

The EYFS and Junior Pupils were treated to a poetry reading from Mr Michael this week. To celebrate Burns Night, Mr Michael entered the hall dressed in traditional Scottish clothing and played traditional music before he read the ‘Address to a Haggis’ poem written by Robert Burns in 1786. The pupils enjoyed this celebration and were thankful to Mr Michael for sharing this with us.
