Odd Sock Day

This week, our school is proudly taking part in Anti-Bullying Week, and we started it off by wearing our odd socks to school! Wearing odd socks is a fun and colourful way to remind everyone that we are all unique, and that’s something to celebrate! It shows that being different is okay, and that kindness, respect, and acceptance make our school a happier place for everyone.

This year’s theme is “Power for Good”, which reminds us that each of us has the power to make a difference. Even small acts of kindness, like including someone in a game, saying something nice, or standing up for a friend, can make a big impact. Throughout the week, pupils will take part in a special PSHE lesson all about what bullying is, how it makes people feel, and what we can do to stop it. We’ll be learning how to use our power for good by speaking up, supporting others, and always choosing kindness. Together, we can make sure that everyone feels safe, valued, and respected at school.
