AIM High Maths Workshop

Pupils from Year 6 took part in an exciting AIM High Maths Workshop, designed to challenge their thinking and stretch their problem-solving skills. The session encouraged pupils to explore maths in new ways, through questioning, pattern-spotting, and logical reasoning. Working in teams, they tackled tricky puzzles, spotted hidden connections, and discussed different strategies for solving problems.

Everyone agreed that the workshop was not only challenging but also great fun! Pupils said they enjoyed working together to find creative solutions and discovering that there’s often more than one way to solve a problem. The session helped boost confidence and showed that maths is about curiosity, teamwork, and perseverance, not just numbers!
