February & March Netball Fixtures

On Tuesday 24 February, our Year 7 & 8 Netball team took to the court for an exciting fixture against Bancroft’s School. It was a challenging afternoon of competition, teamwork, and determination, with both matches showing fantastic effort and resilience throughout.

The A Team worked tirelessly to create space, move the ball down the court, and support one another, a real highlight and a testament to the team’s hard work and positive mindset. There were great moments of communication, encouraging teamwork, and growing confidence.

The B Team controlled much of the game, maintaining the majority of possession and moving the ball confidently through the court. The team worked hard to create numerous attacking opportunities, demonstrating excellent teamwork, communication, and composure in build-up play. Defensively, the team applied consistent pressure and won back valuable interceptions.

Well done to Summayah and Amelie for winning player of the match.

The Year 9 Netball team have been putting in strong performances in their recent fixtures. They have played extremely well and showed great determination and teamwork throughout. Their effort, positive attitude, and commitment on court were fantastic to see, and they should be proud of the way they represented the school. Well done to the whole team for continued spirited performances.

The Year 9 Navy Netball team secured a well-deserved draw in their recent match against Bancroft's School. The girls demonstrated excellent teamwork throughout the game, with their passing and movement around the court particularly impressive.
