Staff Step Out for Shine Night Walk

On Saturday 19th September, more than 20 members of staff proudly took part in the Shine Night Walk, coming together to support an important cause and raise vital funds for cancer research.

The evening was filled with determination, teamwork and a fantastic sense of community as staff laced up their walking shoes and took on the challenge. Participants walked together, encouraging one another every step of the way while raising awareness and money to help support life-saving research.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues from across the school to come together outside of the workplace. Despite the miles ahead, spirits remained high throughout the walk, with laughter, conversation and mutual support carrying everyone through to the finish.

Taking part in the Shine Night Walk was a meaningful way for staff to honour loved ones, support those currently affected by cancer and contribute towards a future where more lives can be saved. The commitment shown by everyone involved reflects the caring and community-minded values that are at the heart of our school.

We are incredibly proud of all those who took part and would like to thank every member of staff who dedicated their time and energy to this inspiring event. Their efforts have helped raise both awareness and valuable funds for an important cause.

Congratulations to all our Shine walkers for representing the school so brilliantly. Your commitment, resilience and community spirit truly shone throughout the evening.

Together, we walked with purpose, made memories and helped make a difference.
