EYFS release their Butterflies

After carefully observing the caterpillars grow and transform into chrysalises, the children were so excited to see them emerge as beautiful butterflies. They took the butterflies to the forest and gently released them into their natural habitat.  Some butterflies fluttered above the children's heads before landing on a nearby tree, giving everyone another chance to admire them. One butterfly seemed in no hurry to leave and stayed perched on Ms Sherrie's finger!
