Kindergarten develop their Subitising Skills
Kindergarten have been developing their subitising skills this week. Subitising is the ability to quickly recognise the number of objects in a group without counting. First, the children rolled the dice and selected the corresponding number of cubes. They then enjoyed using the dice to play a game of Snakes and Ladders, quickly identifying the number and moving their counters. They also demonstrated good turn-taking skills. Well done!
