Year 3 Make Diva Lamps In Celebration Of Diwali

In R.E. this term Year 3 have been studying Hinduism, with the focus on Diwali. The children discussed what happens on Diwali, the meaning and why Hindus celebrate it. To help celebrate Diwali the children made Diva lamps from clay and then painted them in bright colours.
