Chingford Fashion Week came to Normanhurst this morning! The school held an incredible fashion show in the hall, complete with catwalk and judge! The judge was past pupil Eden, who took Art at Normanhurst and has gone on to do some incredible things, including modelling. We were very happy to have someone who certainly knows a thing or two about fashion to be our judge.
The theme this year was saving our planet, and every item of clothing had been carefully crafted by our pupils, made purely out of recycled materials. We loved seeing our pupils strut their stuff up and down the stage and hear the cheers of support from the crowds.
The event ended with the Heads of the School Houses being given 30 seconds to create a costume out of things they could find around the school. We are not quite sure about the looks they created!
