Normanhurst School held our annual Speech Day and Prize Giving, the perfect opportunity to celebrate the many achievements and successes of our pupils throughout the year.
This year our guest speaker was Lily Bissett, Director of People, Finance & Operations at The Difference, an educational charity working with vulnerderable children in schools. Lily also sits on the management committee at Highams Park Food Aid, a local food bank Normanhurst has had a partnership with in recent years.
A huge well done to all of our musicians who gave some great performances. The British Sign Language Club also gave touching performance of ‘When I Grown Up’ from the musical Matilda. Our Junior Choir’s rendition of ‘The Power in Me’ was a highlight of the event.
It was a fantastic afternoon full of proud pupils, staff, friends and family. Congratulations to all of our prize winners!
