Over the past few weeks, the Early Years children have closely watched as our caterpillars turned into butterflies. The children enjoyed the story of ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ as they learned about the life cycle of a butterfly during our Science lessons. Today, we took our butterflies to the forest walk and released them. It was lovely to see them fly off into the forest.
