Kindergarten have been learning all about Numicon in Mathematics.
Over the last week, there have been daily activities to develop understanding of numbers where the children have been encouraged to count the physical holes in the tiles to work out which number they represent.
The class discussed the size, shape and colour of the tiles and pressed them into playdough, matched them to a puzzle and even planted them in the garden and watched them grow!
