As always, Lee Valley Athletics Centre was filled with the sound of children cheering each other on during this year’s Sports Day. Every single pupil got into the spirit of the day, with homemade posters and team colours everywhere.
The atmosphere was electric, as families and friends in the stands cheered on the pupils as they took part in their many events. The track events were as competitive as ever, especially during the relays where we had some staff members taking part.
The pupils also really enjoyed taking part in the field events, which included javelin, long jump, high jump, shot put and discus.
The winning house this year was Connaught! Congratulations!
A big well done to everyone who took part, you all did a great job!
