Last week we held our annual Music Concert. The weather was on our side which meant we were able to host the event outside, which made it a lovely, summery experience. The tables and chairs were set out bistro style for the audience, and before the performance, they were able to enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink and delicious cheese and biscuits.
The performance was spectacular, with a wide variety of acts from different year groups. There were solo instrumentals on the violin, guitar, piano, trumpet, clarinet, viola and drums. We also had some solo singers. We had duets, trios, and a number of pieces from the Junior Choir. The grand finale had to be some acts from the cast of Matilda and Skyfall, performed by the Junior Choir.
