An exciting and packed award ceremony took place at Loughton Art Gallery as a part of the Loughton Young Artist competition. Five school and colleges took part exhibiting their work in the gallery and the award ceremony was a showcase of the best artwork in the exhibitions selected by a panel of judges.
The Mayor of Loughton Carol Davies presented prizes to Maya who achieved 1st place and Bilal who achieved 2nd place. The standard of the work was exceptionally high and it was wonderful to see our pupils work displayed in a professional gallery setting.
