As part of the Year 6 History curriculum, the pupils went on a fantastic trip to Duxford Air Museum. During the day, the children visited various aircraft hangers contacting historical exhibits relating to WW2, including land warfare, The Battle of Britain, and the D-Day Landings. The children had the opportunity to step onboard Concorde, as well as sit in a replica Spitfire cockpit and take shelter in an Anderson Shelter.
