The Early Years Department began the festive season today during ‘Festive Fun Day’. The theme of the day was ‘The Night Before Christmas’ and the children and teachers wore their favourite pyjamas.
We enjoyed making Christingles, crafting wreaths and working together to make paper chains to decorate the classroom. We learnt a little about how Christmas is celebrated in Italy and tasted the traditional cake ‘pandoro’ and ended the day with a special music lesson with Mrs Scott.
