Year 5 recently went out into the local community and cleared the rubbish that they saw whilst on their walk around Chingford. Freddie said, “I think it is very important to help our local environment.” Erin and Diana agreed, “Each time we picked up a piece of litter, we thought about the animals we were saving.” Sienna mentioned that it “felt good to be helping our local environment and making it safer for humans and animals”. Erdogan said, “We had a great time out in the sunshine whilst doing our part for the environment. I was shocked by how much litter there was around Chingford!”
