A huge well done to Malachi who arranged a really thoughtful charity event in time for Easter. He asked family and friends of Normanhurst to donate Easter eggs which could be distributed to children and their mothers who have been affected by domestic violence. In total he has been able to donate 98 eggs, which were delivered to the following safe houses:
- Hackney Hestia
- Tower Hamlets Hestia
- Refuge
The charities commended Malachi on his longstanding commitment; the Refuge suggested that he apply to do a work placement with them, which is a lovely offer. They also commented on how much Malachi has grown over the years and wish him much success with his GCSEs.
