Year 1 and 2 learnt all about minibeasts, their habitats and the important jobs they do for British farming. Following this, they ventured into the forest for a minibeast hunt! They were able to find slugs, snails, ladybirds, beetles, bees, and butterflies. They were incredibly amazed to learn that a butterfly has an exoskeleton!
