The Year 11 prefect team presented an inspiring assembly based on Black History Month. The Prefect team looked at prominent figures from the past and present who have influenced and shaped the world we live in. The prefects spoke about movements that have empowered and inspired positive change in a multi-cultural society.
One of the messages of the assembly was to develop a sense of pride in our diversity and that this should be something that unites us rather than causing division.
