As the Year 10 work experience is underway Maya is taking part in an amazing placement with jeweller Malcolm Morris. Maya has visited Hatton Gardens to source silver for producing jewellery. She has also received training on soldering, cutting and filing and has been able to make jewellery under the guidance of Malcolm. Here we see Maya working with Malcolm and two bracelets she has made.
