Connaught win the House Music Competition

The House Music competition was held today. Connaught House and Warren House have spent considerable time preparing for the competition and the standard of performances was higher than ever before. Excellent solo performances from Max (Warren) and Yazmin (Connaught) started off the competition. The ensemble category this year featured a gospel song: Warren’s by Michelle Williams and Connaught’s taken from the film Sister Act. The House Song this year was inspired by the Rugby World Cup with a medley of Swing Low, Sweet Chariot and World in Union (Warren) and Ireland Calls (Connaught). The overall winners this year were Connaught House: congratulations, Connaught!
